How to check the status of a report

After you have submitted documentation as final and uploaded test data, your report will show as pending at MyRadalink.com. To find a page listing pending reports, use the DOC FORMS tab, and click the button to VIEW SUBMITTED AS FINAL. This page shows pending tests - those that are submitted, but not yet processed - at the top. In that list you will also see a set of status icons on the right. If all of the icons for a record are green, then we have everything we need to complete processing.

On the other hand, if you see a yellow or red icon on a record, hold a mouse pointer over it or long-press it for more information about what is missing. Typically, a red test data upload icon on this page means that the doc form has been submitted as final, but the test data has not yet been uploaded and received.

Below that, you can see two lists of processed test records. These are 1.) completed reports, and 2.) records that were processed but deemed to be incomplete for a number of possible reasons. These two lists are also available by using the REPORTS tab.

If you do not find the record of your test in the lists of either Pending, Completed, or Incomplete Reports, then check to make sure that its documentation was submitted ‘as final’ by looking in your ‘saved drafts’ list, found using the DOC FORMS tab.
